In December 2015 I purchased a used 2007 Ford Escape with 97k-miles. I took it to a local auto repair shop in Liberty to have the transmission serviced. They noticed the front axle leaking and recommended Certified Transmission. Pretty impressive when one shop recommends another. I took it to Certified's transmission shop in Liberty and they replaced the axle and seal. I was told to keep an eye on it and bring it back if it was still leaking. Sure enough, it still leaked so I drove it back to the shop. They replaced a seal at no charge and told me I still needed to keep an eye on it because I needed a new axle and they would call when they had the part. So they called and I scheduled an appointment so they could replace the seal and the axle at no charge. This time the problem seems to be fixed. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to your representative Bobby and technician Kevin for their diligence. They kept after the transmission problem, honestly informed me about what was going on, and did not sign off on anything until they knew it was right. Best of all they honored the warranty — they could have let me drive off without telling me anything. Instead, they told me I still had a problem and kept after it until it was fixed. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated at Certified Transmission in Liberty.
