Three days before leaving to go out of town for Christmas, I started to get vibration on my Sierra Denali 1500. After a thorough inspection of my truck it turned out that I needed a new transmission. I gave the ok to start the job Wednesday morning and started to adjust our holiday plans. Both Eric, and Jake at the Liberty MO shop knew my plans were to leave on Saturday morning and told me they would do their best to finish in a timely manner. That Friday morning I received a call telling that my truck was finished! Every step of the repair was explained fully, and they were very straight forward. Thank you.
